Deborah advises clients at all levels, from individuals and start-up businesses right through to the established business preparing for floatation or sale.
With a solid reputation for a sound understanding of both the legal and practical issues of running a business in the modern environment, Deborah strives to understand her clients business and practical requirements to ensure, as far as is possible, they achieve the result they desire.
She also has considerable experience advising international clients in matters from individual agreements to multiparty joint ventures, and has clients based in the UAE, Lebanon, France, USA and Saudi Arabia.
Deborah qualified with the firm as a Solicitor in 1989 as a commercial litigator before moving to company commercial work in the early 1990’s. She has been a partner since 1997 and is the Head of the Company Commercial Department.
